Great Greek restaurant near Amsterdam… and in the heart of Zaandam . The food was excellent and the prices was reasonable. The staff was really helpful and friendly . And one of the best points was the decoration. Finally one of the best Greek restaurants without blue and white colours and Greek flags around.. I’ll be back soon.

Have visited the restaurant many rimes and its always been great. However today I ordered calamari and chicken gyros asked for delivery between 7 and 7:30pm it arrived at 6:15pm. The calamari is absolutely awful i had to put it in the bin. Was not what I expected from a dish ive had many times in the restaurant before. Such a shame. I never leave reviews but felt something needed to be said!

A welcoming atmosphere and service. You can see it's a beloved place in Zaandam. Comfortable tables and cozy, easy for conversation. Service is fast and attentive. Very tasty appetizers. Simple as greek cuisine is, but quality ingredients and satisfying. Excellent kalamaria. The meat was pretty good too. We'll try different things next time.

More than could be expected, in all possible ways. Went there to celebrate an anniversary spontaneosly. Despite the pandemic, they offer takeaway and we were offered to calmly sit down and review the menu and something to drink on the house. They offered classic Greek meat dishes such as souvlaki and moussaka and calamares. There were mainly meat dishes on the menu, which significantly limits the choice which is the main thing I think could be improved, even if meat is a specialty. The starter with honey marinated feta cheese was very tasty, as well as the salad and amazing sauce that came with the fries. Moreover, the server was overall so friendly and welcoming. We felt as valued guests and almost forgot that we ordered takeaway in an empty restaurant which was surreal, but nice. Our food was prepared in the time promised, so we took a walk whilst waiting. There was a house cat that greeted us upon return. To top it off, we got introduced to some Omicron wine. Great place, tasty food served with care. Would go back.
